Immediate opening: Construction Project/Manager Estimator
Primary Responsibilities:
- Estimating and project management for commercial construction projects
- Scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and materials procurement
- Creating quantity takeoffs
- Ensuring project work adheres to contract terms and conditions
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Design-build experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of estimating software
Ideal candidate will be customer service focused and have strong communication skills. Attention to detail is important and the ability to methodically approach problem solving.
