For safety, ANTHC required a new stairwell door secured by card access or key. The new door and hardware could not impede paths of egress.
KC Corporation provided turnkey installation including all trade work as necessary to build out the wall and install a door in the existing opening. Wall and door were made to match construction design of upper floors with respect to material, signage, and fire rating(s), accounting for any additional code standards required. Final patch and paint matched or blended with surrounding colors. The door was installed free egress and restrict ingress to authorized personnel only, via card access with a key override option.
